To fulfil the velvety richness and depth I required, I chose Madagascan Vanilla and Peru Balsam of the highest quality. Once I had created a version of the fragrance I was happy with, I realised I had inadvertently created a scent memory which made me giggle and blush all at once, a fragrance that was simultaneously comforting and a little bit naughty. Skin-warmed sheets, a hint of spice on the pillowcase and the imprint of a handsome man from the night before. Dark vanilla, tonka bean and amber unfurl in the dry-down, wrapping the moment in golden, slow-burning intoxication. Utterly wicked.
