Gullal is inspired by the Holi festival and the story of Radha and Krishna, translating the play of colored powders, fire, and springtime air into scent. It opens with a soft burst of grapefruit, pink pepper and a salty mineral nuance, moving toward a greener, slightly vegetal heart of fennel seeds and powdery orris. Incense and dry woods provide an earthy, smoky backbone that runs through the composition, settling into a quiet woody-ambergris skin scent.
